What to expect at our playgroups?
Our playgroups are an invitation for families to discover the wonder and benefits of sensory play while building community with one another. Each playgroup is curated with diverse and sensory rich materials. We believe that children are competent learners and are capable of creating the type of experiences that enable them to learn by themselves. Caregivers and families will go home with plenty of ideas for sensory play that are easy to set up.
Playgroup Description
Our playgroups take place in Brooklyn’s beautiful parks (Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope) They offer a warm and engaging space for children between the ages of 6 months - 36 months to discover, learn, and grow through the power of their senses. Each playgroup has a variety of materials that encourage whole body exploration! Sensory Wonder understands that each child is unique and has a natural curiosity about the world. We believe in providing an environment that nurtures this innate sense of wonder and exploration.
